The one race on the calendar where nobody runs alone. Team up on Pui O beach and choose Tough Love or Easy Love.
The course 賽道
Race story
Run it as a pair, as a family or as a team of friends. Every category starts and finishes on Pui O beach at Treasure Island, and every team finishes together.
The course is marked with orange arrows and ribbons, with a checkpoint at Chi Ma Wan eight kilometres into both distances.

All ages are welcome. Participants aged 0–11 must be accompanied by an adult.

A post-race drink and light breakfast from Treasure Island — toast, eggs, pastries and fruit — plus wristbands, physio tape, a finisher's medal, prizes from T8 and nutrition by BIX.
Race-day daycare賽事日託管
Daycare runs from 9am to 1pm so both parents can run. HK$50 per child, cash on the day.
Luggage & race pack行李寄存及選手包
Luggage can be stored at the event centre, and race packs are collected on race morning.
